Aches & Pains

Oh my poor back, neck and shoulders - ouch!  I'm not sure if it's cause of the chubbster bubba i'm carrying, or the sewing or the ironing/cutting hunched over the floor but my back and neck and shoulders are in really bad condition.

I know when my aches and pains are getting really bad cause I start to think that maybe I could handle the accupuncture needles and so I get myself onto the massage table and say to my husband, ok needle me i'm in pain!  Ofcourse I chicken out last minute just as the needle is about to go in.  But it's a good signal that I really need to do something about my soreness when I think I am actually ready to resort to needles!!

I got my husby to work on my back last night (no needles just massage) and it felt so much better but I think these aches will need quite a few more sessions.  I've also decided to add an extra table next to my sewing table so I can cut my fabrics/patterns on there and put my little ironing board on there too so I don't have to hunch so much.

I did get some good therapy the other day though which helped alleviate the pain momentarily - two boxes of yummy fabric goodness (yay! yay! yay! yay!) and other goodies like my Amy Butler's Little Stitches for Little Ones and my 101 One Yard Wonders books.  Oh and my giant Olfa Rotary Cutter that I can't wait to try out through multiple layers of fabrics, and more miscellaneous goodies.

Here I am with one box unpacked and the other waiting to be unpacked - soooo gooooood   :)
