Des and I were totally and thoroughly addicted to season one of The Jersey Shore. Normally I can watch a whole season of TV in a weekend or two but Des on the other hand tires of watching more than 2 episodes of a show in a row. You can imagine my surprise then when we started watching the Jersey Shore and spent the entire day (well the bits when Ella was sleeping) watching episode after episode of The Jersey Shore.
It was so addictive! Cheap, Nasty and OTT but we just couldn't pull ourselves away. I learnt a whole new language - guidos, guidettes, gorilla heads, grenades ... you get the picture.
This season the gang are in Miami and it's just as entertaining. For some reason Mike 'The Situation' isn't getting on my nerves as much. I think it's cause i've resigned to the fact that his nicknames is 'The Situation' even though I don't get it at all.
Instead i'm getting really involved in Sammy and Ronnies relationship. I know that i'm addicted as I found myself pondering while hanging out the washing this morning 'what is Ronnie doing??' It's such a change to the Ronnie of last season, and he just seems really confused to me. Then I said to myself "Why oh why am I analysing and thinking about Sammy and Ronnies relationship on my own personal time" - cause it's just too darn addictive!!
I'm eagerly awaiting the next episode, after watching the 'next episode' snippets and seeing JWOW and Sammy get into a fight. Why would anyone want to start a fight with JWOW - she's scary tough. I would never ever get on JWOW's bad side, and wouldn't ever want to run into her in a dark alley! Oh Dessy just told me the next episode is out - sorry gotta go and watch it now!
